Job summary

National Workforce is seeking experienced Voice Pickers to join leading warehouse centres across Wetherill Park and Western Sydney. Day and Afternoon shifts available with immediate starts.

As a Voice Picker you will use headset technology, RF scanners and warehouse systems to accurately pick orders, pack and dispatch on time while maintaining safety and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience in voice picking or order picking.
• Experience using voice-picking headsets.
• Experience operating RF and barcode scanners.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to meet KPIs and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

• As a Voice Picker, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and ensuring they are prepared for dispatch within required timeframes.
• Voice picking using headset technology
• Order picking and packing
• Operating RF scanners and barcode scanners
• Accurately picking products according to customer orders
• Checking products for accuracy and quality
• Working towards daily pick rates, KPIs and productivity targets
• Stock replenishment and inventory organisation
• Processing and sorting returned stock
• General warehouse and storeperson duties
• Manual handling and lifting of products up to 25kg
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Following all workplace WHS and safety procedures

WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 months experience in voice picking or order picking
• Previous experience using voice-picking headsets
• Experience operating RF scanners and barcode scanning equipment
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual handling
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
