Voice Pickers – Eastern Creek/Huntingwood | $39.31/hr | Immediate Start

We are looking for experienced Voice Pickers to join a busy national food distribution operation in Huntingwood, near Eastern Creek.

This is an ongoing casual opportunity with full-time hours, with the potential for successful performers to continue beyond the Christmas period.

• Staggered start times between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm

About the role

You’ll be working in a busy ambient/dry goods warehouse, responsible for accurately picking grocery products using voice technology.

Your duties will include:

• Voice picking grocery products
• Operating a ride-on electric pallet jack (EPJ)
• Building and shrink-wrapping pallets
• Manual handling of products up to 22kg
• Working to daily productivity and accuracy targetsHandling packaged grocery, alcohol and tobacco products
• Following all workplace health and safety requirements

What we’re looking for

Previous voice picking experience is essential.

You will also need:

• Previous ride-on EPJ experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work physically demanding shifts
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Flexibility to work staggered start times between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
