A rehabilitation services company in Darwin is seeking a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant to assist clients in their recovery and return to work. This full-time role involves conducting assessments, managing cases, and collaborating with health professionals. The ideal candidates include Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. A generous remuneration package, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or similar.
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check required.

At The Procare Group, we are seeking passionate and driven Rehabilitation Consultants to join our expanding Northern Territory team based in Darwin!

The role is fast paced and collaborative in nature and enables you to:

• Assist with an injured person’s recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness
• Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios including Workers Comp, CTP, DVA and more
• Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge; &
• Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
  
  

About You:

Clinicians looking to move 'off the tools' as well as experienced Rehabilitation Consultants are all welcome to apply!

• Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker or Psychologist (with relevant accreditation)
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
