Job summary

Procare Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our expanding occupational rehab team. You will support injured individuals on their return to work, deliver assessments and case management across client portfolios, and apply clinical expertise to help achieve employment goals.

The role requires 2+ years in occupational rehabilitation, with qualifications in OT/PT/EP and registration.

Qualifications

• Qualified OT/PT/EP with relevant registration/accreditation.
• 2+ years of occupational rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, accountable and collaborative team player.
• Police Clearance and Working with Children Check are required.

We’re looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant with 2+ years of industry experience to join our growing occupational rehab team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our expansion and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those recovering from injury or illness.

The Role:

• Assist injured individuals in their recovery journey, facilitating their return to work and life.
• Deliver a variety of assessments and case management services across diverse client portfolios.
• Use your clinical expertise to help clients achieve pre-injury or new employment goals.
• Build strong relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

About You:

• Holds qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (with relevant registration/accreditation).
• Has 2+ years of experience in occupational rehabilitation (preferred).
• Demonstrates excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Is honest, accountable, and thrives as part of a collaborative team.
• Is committed to personal and professional growth, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Holds current Police Clearance and a Working with Children Check.
