Job summary

Procare Group in Tasmania is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our Launceston team. The role supports recovery, return to work, and life after injury, with a dedicated New Graduate Program to help develop your clinical skills.

Both new graduates and experienced professionals are welcome, and relocation assistance is provided to help you settle into the Tasmanian community. You will collaborate with health professionals, insurers and employers to drive positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Professional registration in a relevant health discipline.
• Current Police Clearance.
• Current Working with Vulnerable People Check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with an injured person’s recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness;
• Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios;
• Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;
• Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

About You:

• Relevant qualifications and professional membership as anOccupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, Psychologist (Registered or Provisional) or Registered Nurse.


• CurrentPolice ClearanceandWorking with Vulnerable People Check.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.


• A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
