Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a State Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our VM team across South Australia and Tasmania, ensuring our distinctive store presentation is applied consistently in Concept stores and Concession pads. Based in Adelaide, the role drives VM standards nationwide within the state.

Key duties include managing SA in-store VM teams, developing training initiatives, and aligning with store managers to enhance sales through effective VM concepts and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Visual Merchandising or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years Visual Merchandising experience in fashion.
• Strong commercial acumen and eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing the SA in-store Visual Merchandising teams
• Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
• Develop training initiatives to develop VM skills at store level
• Assist with new store manager training sessions on VM standards
• Overseeing the installation of instore VM concepts
• Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
• Identifying and actioning VM opportunities to increase sales
• Working with State/Area/Cluster Managers, and In-store Visual Merchandisers to set standards and support store staff
