Talent Solution Partners is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager for a Chatswood store in Sydney. Lead visual merchandising within a high-profile retail environment and ensure alignment with global creative direction.

You will own execution, elevate store presentation and partner with Operations to drive optimal performance. You’ll also mentor a Visual Lead and collaborate with the wider store leadership team to deliver a premium customer experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based at Chatswood, you'll lead Visual Merchandising within a substantial retail environment.

Following the store's move into a higher tier, the Assistant Store Manager structure has been split to create dedicated Operations and Visual leadership roles.

You'll execute the brand's global visual direction, maintain exceptional store presentation and partner closely with Operations leadership to ensure the store looks and performs at its best.

You'll also lead and develop a Visual Lead, working collaboratively across the wider store leadership team.

This is a role focused on bringing global visual direction to life — not creating the strategy from scratch.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in visual merchandising leadership within luxury or premium retail.
• A strong eye for detail, product presentation and store environments.
• Confidence executing global or head-office visual directives.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A commercial mindset and understanding of how visual execution supports sales.
• Confidence collaborating with Operations and Sales & Service leaders.
• Flexibility for a retail leadership roster, including weekends, early starts and occasional late finishes.
