Job summary

Industrie Clothing is seeking a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to drive and coordinate VM production, procurement, and execution of all VM collateral and retail window installations from Sydney HQ.

You will develop visual content, set VM standards, and manage resources for openings and refurbishments while working closely with store teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a related role.
• Proficiency in VM coordination and merchandising practices desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual content for weekly/monthly and seasonal VM memos and directives.
• Assist in setting VM standards with visual guides for regional teams.
• Coordinate VM resources for store openings and refurbishments, including floor plans and paraphernalia.
• Work in-store with State and Field Visual Merchandisers, training store teams in merchandising management.
• Oversee production and distribution of window decals and posters nationwide.
• Source props and display equipment within budget.
• Ensure VM projects and collateral are negotiated within budget and tracked.
• Oversee VM equipment stock audits across mediums.
• Coordinate production and distribution of in-store signage from head office to shop floor.
• Collaborate with Divisional GM to source new VM collateral locally and internationally.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR | SYDNEY HQ

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator who will drive and achieve total Company Budgeted Sales through effective and strategic coordination of all Visual Merchandising aspects by way of coordinating VM production, procurement and execution of all company VM collateral, styling directives and retail window installations.

What You’ll Bring:

Your Day-to-Day Will Include (but not limited to!):

• Developing visual content for the weekly/monthly and Seasonal Merch Memos and VM directives.
• Assisting with setting VM standards by developing visual guides and resources for the Regional VM and store teams.
• Coordinate VM resources for store openings and refurbishments, including floor plans and VM paraphernalia.
• Working in-store alongside State and Field Visual Merchandisers, training and coaching store teams in effective merchandising management.
• Oversee the production, allocation, packaging and distribution of all window decals and posters nationwide.
• Source all relevant props, posters, display equipment within budget and scope.
• Ensure that all VM projects and collateral have been price negotiated and are within budget.
• Oversee the regular audits of all VM equipment to ensure stocks are sufficient across all mediums.
• Oversee the production and distribution of all in store signage from Head office to shop floor.
• Work with the Divisional GM in sourcing new VM collateral both locally and internationally.
