Job summary

Industrie Clothing in Sydney is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our NSW operations spanning multiple stores and concessions. You will drive sales targets, oversee budgets, and ensure exceptional customer service across a sales-driven environment.

You’ll lead and coach Store Managers, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure policy compliance while delivering profitable results. A proven multi-site fashion retail leader with strong communication completes the profile.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years multi-site experience (7 stores+) ideally in fashion retail.

Responsibilities

What are we looking for?

WE'RE EXPANDING! We need an energized, career driven, Sydney-based REGIONAL MANAGER who knows what it takes to lead a team to provide exceptional customer service in a sale's driven environment. As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations for your region in NSW.

This includes driving and exceeding store budgets whilst maximizing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, building effective teams, compliance to company visual merchandising standards, profit and loss management and adherence to company policies, processes and directives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Have minimum 2 years multi-site experience (7 stores +) ideally in fashion retail.
• You are an inspirational Leader. Your team enjoy working with you and achieve extraordinary results.
• Sales driven and understand how to cascade this through your team.
• Great communication, verbal and written skills, having the ability to effectively communicate to a Head Office support team.
• Experience in freestanding, concession stores and outlet stores.
• Are highly organised and perform well under pressure
• Have budget and expense management experience as well as KPI's that have had to be achieved.
• Have a current driver's license and be flexible to work across multiple locations.
• Ability to work autonomously - you are self-driven and motivated!

Regional Manager Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed sales targets for the region.
• Analyse and follow up individual sales and KPI result for the region.
• Drive a sales culture in all stores as well as facilitate training sessions to upskill your team.
• Manage the stores wages and provide feedback to Store Managers.
• Drive, coach and deliver exceptional customer service and operational standards for the region.
• Manage escalated store and customer complaints to ensure they are promptly dealt with.
• Proactively recruit store management positions and provide assistance to stores for non-management roles with the support of Recruitment.
