Job summary

Water Corporation is seeking a Visual Designer to join our Marketing and Content Operations team. You will transform briefs into engaging design assets across print, digital, and social channels, supporting water conservation messaging.

You’ll collaborate with the design team to deliver creative projects, assist with video content production, and help ensure our visual identity remains consistent with brand guidelines across WA communities.

Qualifications

Tertiary level qualification in design, communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Content creation skills for short form video content highly desired.
Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Interpret creative briefs and create engaging design assets that align with brand guidelines across print, digital, social media, and other marketing channels.
Design and produce print and digital visual assets, including infographics, digital graphics, web content, and campaign materials that support business priorities and engagement.
Collaborate with Design Coordinators and the wider design team to deliver projects, including social media content creation.
Assist with video content production, including basic filming, motion graphics, and video editing to support marketing and storytelling initiatives.
