G8 Education Ltd is seeking a hands‑on Visual Content Producer to capture high‑quality photography and video across its centres and events, shaping authentic brand storytelling for social and digital channels.

You will balance on‑camera content creation with coordinating a central asset library, ensuring content is on‑brand, compliant, and ready for use across the business. The role suits someone who loves both shooting and organizing complex creative workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience producing photography and video content for brands, social media or digital marketing.
• Comfortable using your own photography and videography equipment to produce high‑quality visual content across different locations and environments.
• Strong capability in shooting and editing short‑form video content.
• An understanding of social‑first and UGC‑style content.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working across multiple teams, locations and competing deadlines.
• Experience managing creative assets, photoshoots or external creative suppliers would be highly regarded.
• Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.

• Manage and maintain the organisation’s digital image and video library.
• Build strong relationships across Support Office and local teams, providing visibility on progress, outcomes and learnings.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Visual Content Producer to create high-quality photography and video that brings our brand, people and stories to life across digital, social and paid channels.

Working closely with the Campaigns team, you’ll balance hands‑on content creation with the coordination and management of our visual asset library, ensuring content is engaging, on‑brand, compliant and ready for use across the business.

This role would suit someone who loves being hands‑on creatively, but also enjoys the organisation and coordination required to keep a strong visual content function running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photography and video across our centres, events and brand environments.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong eye for visual storytelling who is equally comfortable behind the camera, editing content and coordinating multiple creative priorities.
