The Visitor Services Officer position at Freycinet National Park is based at the gateway to the Freycinet Peninsula, offering engaging work with visitors and a chance to promote Tasmania’s natural beauty. The role is permanent, part-time, with a 51.46-hour fortnight schedule and requires a warm, approachable communication style.

You will assist with daily operations of the Visitor Centre, handle sales, support safety and incident reporting, and help maintain displays and stock in a picturesque

Qualificações

• Customer service experience in a visitor information role.
• Strong administrative and retail operation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stay adaptable and learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high‑quality information services to visitors at Freycinet National Park Visitor Centre.
• Carry out sales and income processing (park entry fees, donations, charges).
• Support visitor safety, incident reporting and record keeping.
• Maintain displays, amenities and stock levels to ensure an inviting environment.
