Job summary

Campbelltown City Council NSW is seeking a motivated Visitor Experience team member for the Campbelltown Arts Centre. You will greet customers face to face and via phone, manage front desk operations, and assist with events setup in a high-volume environment.

The role requires tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in visitor services or related fields, excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team,

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or substantial professional experience in visitor services, customer services, marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team.
• Available to work flexible and extended hours when required.
• The provision of high quality customer service.
• Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Visitor Experience team, provide a great customer experience face to face and over the phone in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Meet and greet customers; manage front desk operations including direct customer service, telephone and electronic enquiries, and assist with setting up for functions and events.
