Job summary

Qualifications

• Inspiring vision for music education and capacity to strengthen an established program.
• Experience leading chorales, ensembles or bands and helping students develop together.
• Strong music teaching expertise, ideally including VCE Music and Music Inquiry.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of Kilbreda's music program.
• Collaborate with College leaders, teachers, tutors and support staff to integrate the program.
• Lead staff development and build a culture of excellence in music.
• Coordinate performances, events and resources across the program.
• Contribute to liturgies and College events through music.
