Canberra Grammar School seeks a dynamic Head of Primary Music to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Music programme from Pre-School to Year 6. You will drive growth, quality and impact, develop the curriculum and ensembles, and align pathways across campuses.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, shape innovative music experiences, and build strong student pathways while engaging staff and families within a vibrant independent school community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth of educational programmes.
• Need a compelling vision for Primary Music.
• Strong knowledge of music education from ELC to Year 6.
• ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card is required.
• Current National Police Check is required.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Primary Music programme.
• Lead growth, quality, visibility and impact from Pre-School to Year 6 including Campbell Campus.
• Develop curriculum, ensembles, performance programmes and pathways.
• Collaborate with Head of Primary School and Director of Music.
• Foster community engagement and staff leadership.
