Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a dynamic Head of Vision Care ANZ to lead the Vision Care business across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive strategy, growth, and profitability, while building high‑performing teams and strong customer partnerships.

You will oversee sales, operations, and marketing, shape go-to-market plans, manage distributors where applicable, and ensure alignment with ZEISS’ global objectives. Hybrid work is available with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ B2B/B2B2C industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyze market environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and partnerships.
• Experience leading go-to-market strategies and P&L oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Vision Care ANZ.
• Lead operational performance to meet strategic and financial objectives.
• Prepare business reviews, forecasts and performance reports.
• Coach, mentor and develop Vision Care staff for high performance.
• Recruit, manage and motivate regional teams and distributors if needed.
• Set targets and incentives in line with local and Group rules.
• Position ZEISS strongly in the market and optimize distribution models.
• Oversee marketing activities, events, launches and partnerships.
