Job summary

ZEISS is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Vision Care team in Adelaide. This full-time role focuses on accurate and timely processing and coordination ofZEISS Vision Care orders, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of quality and customer service.

You will work in a world-leading optics company, based at Tonsley with onsite parking. The role offers exposure to multiple facets of the business and cross-training opportunities within the lab environment.

ZEISS ANZ offers market leading products in the Consumer Optics industries, Medical Technology and Microscopy and we are excited to present an opportunity to join our Vision Care team in Adelaide. Reporting to the Lab Manager, the primary focus of this role is the accurate and timely processing and coordination of ZEISS Vision Care orders, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of quality and customer service. This varied role offers exposure to multiple facets of our business, requiring someone who can comfortably transition between tasks with a ‘can do’ attitude. The successful candidate will become a valued and integral member of our professional team.

Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:

• Accurately process customer orders
• Track and follow up on late orders to keep things on schedule
• Identify frame styles and measure them for lens production
• Work closely with the Lab Manager and team to meet targets and support customer needs
