South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is seeking a Health Manager Level 3 for the Virtual Health unit in Caringbah. This temporary full-time appointment supports the Strategy, Innovation and Improvement Directorate with leadership across initiatives and program delivery.

You will drive centralised virtual care models, oversee complex projects from concept through implementation, and work with multidisciplinary stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements within the NSW Health

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives within the Virtual Health Strategy Implementation Team.
• Manage key programs and projects from development to implementation.
• Apply change management expertise to achieve transformation goals.
