Job summary

Health System Support Group in Australia is seeking a senior project leader to manage and deliver complex projects that support NSW Health's strategic priorities and government objectives. You will lead, advise and coordinate across Connected Care initiatives, virtual care scale-up and care-in-the-community models, driving outcomes for communities across NSW.

Strong stakeholder engagement, policy advisory and governance skills are essential to succeed in this role within the Health System

Qualifications

• Lead development, implementation and evaluation of strategic reform initiatives across NSW to scale virtual care and care-in-the-community models.
• Provide high-level strategic and policy advice to senior executives and key stakeholders on Connected Care reforms.
• Oversee planning, governance and delivery of priority reform programs to meet timelines and government priorities.

• Provide high-level strategic and policy advice to senior executives and key stakeholders on emerging issues, risks, opportunities and priorities impacting Connected Care reforms and broader system transformation.
• Oversee the planning, governance and delivery of priority reform programs, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with government and organisational priorities.
