Job summary

Leidos Australia is recruiting a Virtual Data Centre Systems Administrator to support mission-critical programs in the Geospatial domain, on-site in Canberra. You will manage Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server environments, provide Level 2/3 support, monitor and remediate incidents, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable services for national capability outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience administering Linux (RHEL) and/or Windows Server in enterprise or secure settings.
Capability in virtual server administration and VMware vSphere, App-V.
Experience scripting and automating tasks using PowerShell and/or Python.
Experience creating ads, collections and packages within MECM.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues while balancing priorities.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across technical teams.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server environments.
Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support across virtualised environments.
Monitor, diagnose and remediate system incidents proactively.
Collaborate with customers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable services.
