Job summary

South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Administration Officer to support the RPM team in delivering safe, efficient and patient-centred virtual care. The role focuses on referrals, patient registrations, data entry in the eMR and coordination of onboarding and telehealth appointments.

You will manage communications, call queues and shared inboxes, escalating clinical matters to the RPM Nurse when required.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, adaptable and customer-focused
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple digital platforms including eMR and virtual care systems
• Proactive, reliable with strong attention to detail and prioritisation

Responsibilities

• Receive and process referrals and registrations in eMR
• Coordinate onboarding and telehealth appointments
• Manage service communications, enquiries, call queues and shared inbox
• Escalate clinical matters to the RPM Nurse when required
• Oversee RPM devices and kits, track and reprocess as needed
• Maintain patient tracking logs and equipment registers and service reporting data
