Job summary

Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking an Administration Officer Level 3 for the MNC Virtual Care service. This casual role, located within the Mid North Coast Health District, provides high‑level administrative support to the Virtual Care team, including patient registration, data entry, data reconciliation and handling telephone enquiries.

You will use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams), liaise with staff at all levels, and contribute to smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Qualifications

• High level administrative support experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Data entry and data reconciliation experience.
• Ability to handle telephone enquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level administrative support to the MNC Virtual Care service.
• The role covers day to day running of the care centre, including patient registration, data entry and data reconciliation.
• Answer telephone enquiries and support staff as required.
