Job summary

Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin is seeking a VIP Bar Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service and manage bar operations for Lucky North VIP members.

You'll prepare and serve beverages, maintain a clean bar, and support opening/closing procedures. The role requires RSA and RoSG certificates, food safety, and availability across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous bar experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates required.
• Food Safety Certificate
• Able to work across a 7-day roster including nightshift, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our Lucky North VIP members.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Record all spillage and wastage of stock and properly dispose of items in the correct bin.
