Bass Phillip Wines is seeking a reliable, conscientious Full-Time Vineyard & Property Worker to join the team in a year-round capacity. Tasks follow a natural seasonal rhythm. When weather restricts tractor operations, you will seamlessly transition to other productive estate work.

Bass Phillip Wines emphasizes a safe, detail-oriented approach on a world-class wine estate in South Gippsland. A current forklift or truck license is not required, but a valid driver's licence and willingness to work

Qualifications

• Prior experience in viticulture, horticulture, or agricultural operations highly regarded.
• Competence in operating modern agricultural tractors and associated implements.
• Current Driver's Licence (essential).
• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills.
• Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors across all South Gippsland seasons.
• Valid and unrestricted Australian working rights.

• Wine Industry Award 2020 classified commensurate with experience and skill level plus superannuation.
