Tahbilk Estate is seeking an experienced and motivated Vineyard Hand to join our vineyard team on a full-time basis.
Located in Victoria’s beautiful Goulburn Valley, Tahbilk is a family-owned winery with a proud history spanning five generations. Our vineyards are at the heart of what we do, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors and is committed to producing high-quality grapes.
Reporting to the Vineyard Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of vineyard operations throughout the growing season and vintage.
This is a hands on role suited to someone with vineyard experience who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Vintage is an important and busy time of year at Tahbilk. During vintage, employees may be required to work up to 12 hours per day, 6 days per week, with some extended periods of work depending on operational requirements.
Day and night shifts may be required during vintage.
Outside of vintage, normal working hours are 7.00 am to 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Due to the nature of vintage, teamwork, reliability and the ability to work positively with others are essential.
