Job summary

Eureka Villages is seeking a Village Manager in Gladstone to lead day-to-day village operations, build strong resident relationships and ensure a safe, welcoming community. The role is a fixed-term maternity leave cover, part-time, with 30 hours per week and potential extension, reporting to the Regional Manager.

The successful candidate will manage tenancy processes, coordinate maintenance and work closely with the Eureka team to optimise resident experience and village presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in village, property, accommodation, community, hospitality or similar hands-on operational environments.
• Strong administration, prioritisation and tenancy management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with residents and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day village operations and administration.
• Manage tenancies including applications, agreements, renewals, entry and exit processes.
• Coordinate maintenance, contractors and village presentation to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support occupancy and guide prospective residents through enquiry and application processes.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Eureka team to improve resident experience.
