Job summary

Eureka Villages in Horsham, VIC, Australia, is seeking a hands-on Village Manager to lead day-to-day operations and build strong relationships with residents. You’ll oversee tenancy processes, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety, compliance and a welcoming community.

In this full-time role you’ll report to the Regional Manager, enjoy clear development opportunities and be supported by a national team as Eureka continues to grow while putting residents first.

Qualifications

• Experience in village, property, accommodation, community, hospitality or a hands-on operational environment.
• Ability to manage tenancy processes and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships with residents and creating a welcoming village community.
• Coordinating day-to-day village operations, administration and resident enquiries.
• Managing tenancies including applications, agreements, renewals, entry and exit processes and documentation.
• Supporting occupancy and guiding prospective residents through enquiry and application.
• Coordinating contractors, maintenance and presentation of the village.
• Maintaining records and ensuring safety, compliance and organisational requirements.
• Working with Regional Manager and Eureka team to improve resident experience.
