Ambition Health Group is seeking Vietnamese-speaking Disability Support Workers to provide compassionate in-home care in the Dandenong area. You will support daily living, accompany clients to activities and follow care plans, with flexible shifts across a 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to attend appointments and participate in community activities.
• Follow individual care plans and safety procedures.
• Maintain documentation and report changes in client condition.
