Job summary

TAKE1 Creatives PTY LTD – Gledswood Hills NSW is seeking a hands-on video producer/editor to lead end-to-end production for high-profile clients. You’ll capture premium footage on-location, manage lighting and audio, and deliver polished edits weekly using Final Cut Pro X.

TAKE1 Creatives PTY LTD – Gledswood Hills NSW

In this role, you will lead end-to-end video production for our primary roster of high-profile clients. You'll be responsible for capturing premium footage on-location and turning raw media into polished, dynamic edits ready for digital and social distribution on a weekly schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and execute video shoots, managing Canon camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment on location
• Edit, color grade, perform sound design, and apply modern visual effects/motion graphics across short-form and long-form video formats exclusively using Final Cut Pro X
• Serve as a primary creative point of contact on production days, maintaining professional standards with high-profile talent and stakeholders
• Maintain a clean media archive, meet tight weekly deadlines, and keep deliverables aligned with brand guidelines
• Stay ahead of social media trends, video aesthetics, and content formats to bring fresh ideas to client strategy sessions

About you

• A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating high production value, strong pacing, color grading, and crisp sound design
• Deep experience and proficiency exclusively with Canon camera systems (Cinema EOS, R-Series), as well as professional lighting, audio capture, and stabilizer gear
• Must own and edit on an Apple MacBook Pro M3 (or newer) and be a master of Final Cut Pro X
• Must hold a valid Driver's Licence and have access to your own reliable vehicle to travel to client locations in Gledswood Hills and surrounding areas
• Must provide an up-to-date National Police Check / Criminal Record Check
• Experience working alongside high-profile individuals, executives, or premium brands with high discretion and professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment without sacrificing quality
