Job summary

Viewix Pty Ltd is looking for a pro all-rounder in Sydney’s inner west to shoot, cut, and deliver social videos and brand ads end-to-end. You’ll take client videos from script to final export, shaping ideas, getting it on camera and cutting them into compelling content.

With 4+ years in production, you’ll work across Canon/Blackmagic shoots, on-set client interaction, and fast-paced edit cycles using Premiere Pro and After Effects. A strong reel showing range is essential.

About Viewix

Viewix is a performance-led video production company in Sydney’s inner west. We make social video, Meta ads and brand films for clients on ongoing retainers, across telehealth, energy, tech and more. The work is fast, it goes live, and it gets measured.

We’re looking for a pro all-rounder. You can shoot it, cut it and deliver it without someone holding your hand.

You’ve done this professionally for a few years at a production company, agency or in-house team. You’ve written to briefs, run shoot days, cut to deadlines and handled client feedback. Timelines, exports and file management are second nature.

You understand performance video. You know what stops the scroll in the first two seconds and what gets skipped. You’ve made ads that converted, and you can tell us why.

About the Role

This is a full-time role based at our Dulwich Hill studio. For the right person, we’re open to starting on a casual basis. You’ll take client videos from script to final export: shaping the idea, getting it on camera and cutting it into something that works.

We’re a 13-person team with in-house editors and multiple retainer clients running at once. The pace is quick and your work is visible from day one.

An understanding of Meta ads and what drives performance

The ability to manage your own workload and hit deadlines without chasing

The judgement to take feedback well and know when to push back

A driver’s licence (ideal, not essential)
