Job summary

GetBranded in Townsville is seeking a hands-on videography and content-creation specialist to work across a diverse client mix, campaigns, events and social media content. You’ll plan, capture and produce video content from concept through delivery, including interviews and event coverage.

The role emphasizes creative storytelling, collaboration with clients and internal teams, and delivering compelling short- and long-form video for multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capture engaging video content across client projects, campaigns, businesses and events.

• Estimate and plan shoots with clients and team.
• Edit video content with Premiere Pro focusing on storytelling, pacing, sound design, colour correction, grading, motion graphics and text.

Job description

This is a hands-on creative role working across a diverse range of GetBranded clients, campaigns, businesses and events. No two days are quite the same. One day you might be capturing content on a construction site, the next filming a major event, creating social media content for a local business, conducting an interview, or bringing a completely new creative concept to life. You'll be responsible for helping plan, capture and produce engaging video content from concept through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Capture engaging video content across diverse client projects, campaigns, businesses and events
• Help plan, capture and produce video content from concept through to delivery
• Create social media and digital platform content
• Conduct interviews and film events
• Video News reels and much more
• Bring creative concepts to life
• Manage and maintain Outlook calendar, scheduling shoots and commitments efficiently
• Understand client needs and write briefs to assist the planning process
• Edit video content using Premier Pro with a focus on visual storytelling, pacing, sound design, audio syncing, colour correction, grading, motion graphics, and text

• Is highly organised and reliable
• Has excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple clients, shoots and deadlines
• Has a strong understanding of editing capabilities in Premier Pro, including visual storytelling, pacing, sound design, audio syncing, colour correction, grading, motion graphics and text
