  • Operate gimbal and free-hand equipment confidently, including in dynamic, fast-moving shooting environments.

  • Apply strong technical camera knowledge — ISO, shutter speed, aperture, frame rates, and recording formats — to achieve the right result for each shoot.

  • Set up and manage lighting for both studio and on-location shoots.

  • Capture photography content alongside video where required.

  • Work collaborative in a team environment to execute content strategies effectively and align with larger Marketing objectives.

  • Manage multiple shoots, edits, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communicate professionally with the team via Outlook and Microsoft Office.

  • Work flexibly across additional hours or days as business needs require.

  • Confident with DSLR cameras, lenses, and camera systems.

  • Skilled in colour grading and sound editing.

  • Strong admin skills, with the ability to keep footage and files well organised.

  • Musicality and a strong sense of rhythm and pacing in editing.
