TeamKids is the premium OSHC provider in Australia, seeking a Casual Educator for the Outer West region (Werribee & Wyndham Vale). You’ll support before and after school care and school holidays programs, helping children thrive.

Join a supportive team with on‑the‑job coaching, in‑house training, and opportunities for growth. WWCC required; ACECQA qualifications preferred, with a focus on safety and child wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Working with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue card, VIT).
• ACECQA approved qualification (Cert III or Diploma) or working towards it.
• National Child Safety Training completion before commencing.

Responsabilités

• Support OSHC programs for children aged 5–12 in before/after school care.
• Assist with excursions, incursions and themed activities.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure safety and positive learning experiences.

Who is TeamKids?

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

The Role - Casual Educator

This is a rolewhere no two days are the same! Work closely with a supportive team to gain valuable experience in the OSHC space and make a real difference in children's lives.

Location: Werribee & Wyndham Vale

Shifts available between:

• 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)
• 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)
• Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays

About You

• Ideally has previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can help you grow your skills!
• Passionate working with children and seeing them thrive
• Is involved, fun, a team player and ready to jump in
• Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues

You’ll need (or be willing to get)

• Working with Children Check that is relevant to your state (WWCC,WWVP, Blue card, VIT)
• Has a Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved course (or be working towards it) - Visit acecqa.gov.au to learn more about approved qualifications
• As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
