Job summary

Aspley Central Tavern is seeking a passionate and proactive Venue Manager to join our management team. This role requires exceptional management skills and experience in a fast-paced venue, with a strong focus on leading a team and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will drive day-to-day venue operations, financials, rosters, and KPI tracking, while ensuring policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.

Qualifications

• Min. 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction.
• Organised and focused.
• The ability to implement and adhere to policy and procedures.
• Reliable and presentable.
• Enthusiastic with a passion for the industry.
• RMLV and Approved Managers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day venue operations including financials, rosters, wages, supplies, KPI's etc.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences with a hands-on leadership style.
• Report to the Group General Manager and lead team culture, customer experience and compliant operation of the hotel.
