Job summary

Melbourne Football Club Limited is seeking a motivated VFLW Operations Coordinator to support the Casey Demons VFL Women’s program. This part-time role (≈15 hours per week) spans pre-season and the competition season, ensuring football operations are coordinated in line with club standards and governance.

Reporting to the Women’s Football Operations Manager, you will coordinate training schedules, travel, matchday logistics, accreditation and PlayHQ registrations, while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in football or sporting operations.
• Tertiary qualification in sports management, business administration or related discipline desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the VFLW Program, including internal communication and team management.
• Plan and execute all aspects of the VFLW Program, including training schedule, team travel, match days and off-field activities.
• Liaise with players, coaches, support staff and external partners to ensure smooth running of the VFLW program.
• Coordinate and manage VFLW game day operations including fixturing, communication, officials, and data post-game.
• Coordinate and manage the ordering and distribution of apparel and maintain records and documentation.
