Job summary

St Kilda Football Club is seeking a VFL Manager to lead the operational delivery of the VFL program. The role is part-time, 12-month max term, with attendance at all VFL match days and some travel.

Based at RSEA Park, Moorabbin, you will coordinate schedules, registrations, travel, and compliance while ensuring clear communication and smooth player transitions. This is an exciting time as the Club expands across AFL programs.

Qualifications

• You are highly organised and reliable with strong planning skills.
• You can manage registrations, compliance docs and schedules.
• You communicate clearly with players, coaches, volunteers and staff.
• You adapt to changing program needs and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in Australian Rules Football is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the VFL program schedules, games and education requirements.
• Lead match-day delivery including venues, staffing and timelines.
• Roster volunteers and onboard personnel with People & Culture.
• Maintain records in Teamworks and PlayHQ and process reimbursements.
• Prepare tribunal docs and assist players through processes.
• Organise travel and accommodation within budget and arrange equipment.
• Support players transitioning into and out of the program.
