Greencross Kedron is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our busy GP clinic and 24/7 animal emergency hospital team. You will assist veterinarians with consultations, surgeries and medical procedures, and provide compassionate care for hospitalized pets.

The role offers both part-time and full-time hours, opportunities for ongoing professional development, and a supportive, collaborative team environment focused on high-quality patient and client care.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient and client care.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with consultations, surgeries, and medical procedures.

• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed by veterinarians.
• Perform diagnostic tests, including blood work and radiography.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage client communications.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Nurse to join our Greencross Kedron team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for animal care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
