Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a full-time Field Support Representative to install and support diagnostic equipment in veterinary clinics across North Melbourne, Goulburn Valley and Murray River region of Victoria, plus Tasmania. You will educate clinic teams and troubleshoot hardware/software while building strong customer relationships.

You will travel extensively (up to 85%) across a large geographic area, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and promote IDEXX products.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Veterinary Nursing or related Science discipline.
• Significant veterinary industry experience (Senior Nurse/Team Lead/Practice Manager or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Install and support IDEXX diagnostic equipment in veterinary clinics.
