Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Australia to remotely assist veterinary clinics with IDEXX VetLab analysers and diagnostic devices. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and calibration issues while delivering clear, empathetic customer support.

You will work with cross-functional teams to provide timely solutions, with a rotating roster that may include Saturdays and after-hours shifts.

Qualifications

Background in customer service, technical support, biomedical equipment, diagnostic instrumentation, or related field.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to learn quickly and explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for IDEXX VetLab analysers and diagnostic devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, calibration, and performance concerns.
Respond to customer queries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Participate in a rotating roster, including occasional Saturdays and after-hours support.
