Job summary

Spinal Life Australia in Townsville is seeking a Domestic Support Worker to assist Veterans via the Veterans Home Care Program, providing light domestic support in clients' homes to support independent living.

The role includes laundry, meal preparation, cleaning, community access and personal support, with travel across the area. Training is provided; positive impact on clients’ lives is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning role.
• Able to work a fixed fortnightly roster.
• Has a current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Must have a smartphone device.
• Ability to obtain Blue and NDIS Workers screening cards.
• Willingness to travel throughout the area.
