Qualifications

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to engage, support and motivate diverse learners.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) is required.
• A Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or higher-level qualification in adult education, or equivalent.
• Relevant industry experience in Project Management and/or Training and Assessment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering training in classroom, industry and/or online environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver practical training aligned with relevant VET standards.
• Provide expert guidance on assessment practices and quality requirements.
• Engage with diverse learner groups and maintain industry connections to mirror real-world practice.
