Job summary

The Salvation Army in Sydney seeks a permanent, full-time Quality & Compliance Manager – Vocational Training to uphold the National VET Quality Framework and ensure robust regulatory compliance across RTO operations.

Reporting to the General Manager Vocational Training, you will develop and implement RTO systems, policies and audits, support trainers, and manage contracts with government and partner organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining the National VET Quality Framework.
• Ability to develop and document clear policies and procedures.
• Strong collaboration with trainers and government/partners.
