Eva Burrows College Vocational Training is a Registered Training Organisation accredited to provide a wide range of courses and qualifications focussed on equipping individuals for work, or further education. The RTO specialises in community service programs such as Business, Leadership & Management, Financial Counselling, Hospitality, Community Services, Alcohol and Other Drugs, Chaplaincy, Ministry and a range of short courses.

Eva Burrows College contributes to The Salvation Army's mission to transform lives of the Australian community by combining quality training along with expertise of frontline work to equip and empower individuals for life, mission and service.
You will be responsible for maintaining compliance in accordance with the requirements of the national regulator and government agencies, overseeing contracts and funding arrangements, maintaining registration with the Australian Skills and Quality Authority (ASQA). Additionally, you will support the RTO staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. The role is permanent, full time.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a senior RTO management role within Vocational Education & Training sector. You have a strong compliance and quality background and a solid understanding of Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework. To be successful in this role you will also require:
