Job summary

Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a VET Coordinator - POL 2 for a 3-year leadership role alongside a teaching appointment. The role drives the College's Vocational Education and Training (VET) program across campuses, aligning with MACS Vision and VCAA requirements.

The successful candidate will lead program delivery, build industry partnerships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting students' pathways into further study, work, or apprenticeships.

Responsibilities

• overseeing the delivery of VET programs for Padua students across all campuses
• coordinating enrolment and progress in internal and external courses with VET providers
• promoting VET programs to the College community
• ensuring VET programs and workplace learning meet regulatory, compliance and quality assurance requirements
• performing other duties as requested by the Principal/College Improvement Team
