Qualifications

• Leads and coordinates the careers program across the college.
• Delivers design, delivery, and evaluation of whole-school careers education.
• Engages with students, families, staff, tertiary providers, employers and the wider community.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Careers Team in the design, delivery and evaluation of a comprehensive careers program for Years 9–12.
• Provide advice for subject and pathways planning for students, parents and teachers.
• Coordinate data usage to inform career and pathway guidance.
• Coordinate work experience and structured workplace learning with the VET team.
• Build partnerships with tertiary providers, industry, employers and community networks.
• Collaborate with senior teams to ensure coordinated pathways planning across the campus.
