Carnarvon Community College is seeking a Program Coordinator – VET to lead, manage and plan all aspects of the school's VET and SIDE, workplace learning, endorsed programs, and other training-related curriculum. Collaboration with the Deputy Principal and VET/Careers Team is essential for success.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in secondary VET and a proven track record building industry partnerships, with leadership and data-driven planning to improve student outcomes

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of VET in a secondary context.
• Track record in developing partnerships with industry, small businesses and training organisations.
• Strong leadership to guide staff in pathway planning for students toward WACE.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and plan VET, SIDE and workplace learning programs.
• Collaborate with the Deputy Principal and VET/Careers Team to implement programs.
• Provide curriculum leadership in VET across the school.
• Analyse student data to inform annual reflection, review and planning.
