The Department of Education Victoria – Maryborough invites applications for a Classroom Teacher (Range 1 and Range 2). The successful candidate will plan, prepare and teach programs to achieve student outcomes and engage in data-informed practice aligned with school priorities.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum and the ability to teach literacy and numeracy.
• Experience planning high‑impact teaching strategies and evaluating student growth.
• Experience monitoring, assessing learning and using data to inform practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Direct teaching of groups of students and individual students.
• Contribute to curriculum development, implementation and evaluation.
• Undertaking other classroom teaching related and organisational duties.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Undertaking other non-teaching supervisory duties.
