Job summary

Australian Institute of Management (AIM) is seeking an experienced Academic Course Manager to lead quality, compliance and learner experience across our vocational education programs in Sydney. This role sits across academic delivery, compliance, product and student support to drive high standards.

You will review and enhance learning materials, validate assessment tools, support qualification rollouts and work with trainers, compliance, IT and student support to continuously improve TAS

Qualifications

• Experience within the VET sector or broader education is preferred.
• Familiarity with RTO environments and regulatory standards is desirable.
• Understanding TAS, Standards for RTOs and training packages is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance learning and assessment materials to ensure TAS alignment and RTO standards.
• Coordinate and contribute to validation of assessment tools and judgments.
• Support rollout of new/updated qualifications and ensure academic quality and readiness.
• Collaborate with trainers, compliance, product, IT and student support to implement improvements.
• Monitor training/assessment practices, including allocation, grading and RPL submissions.
• Leverage feedback/data to improve learner engagement, satisfaction and course completion.
