Job summary

SeaLink North Queensland is seeking a Vessel Master up to 45m and Marine Engine Driver (Grade 2 or Grade 1) to lead daily vessel operations and manage the crew. The role requires clear communication, physical fitness, and strict adherence to safety guidelines to deliver excellent passenger services.

Applicants should have MED 2 or higher, be able to perform under pressure, and demonstrate a proven track record of outstanding customer service.

About the Role

The Dual role staff of Vessel Master up to 45m and Marine Engine Driver Grade 2 or Grade 1 leads and manages safely and efficiently the daily operation of the vessel and its crew, ensuring the delivery of high-standard passenger services. Clear communication, physical fitness, and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines are paramount in this role.
