Job summary

Kennards Self Storage is seeking a Centre Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a busy storage centre with genuine autonomy and support from a strong team. You will deliver outstanding customer service and sales, oversee centre presentation, safety and maintenance, manage daily operations and administration, and create opportunities for change in a growing Australian family-owned business.

With 76 hours per fortnight and a full-time role, you’ll benefit from on-the-job training, ongoing

About the role

As a Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, supported by your Assistant Manager.

In this role you would:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales, helping customers find the right storage and packaging solutions for their needs.
• Keep it constructive, and uphold KSS's FREEDOM values, with the F being for Fun!
• Keep the centre presented to a high standard (cleanliness, safety, maintenance)
• Manage daily operations and administration
• Create the space for change

Hours/roster: 76 per fortnight, with a rotating roster on the weekends
